The Freed Speech “Giveaway” Official Rules (9/22/2026)

1. Sponsor
The sweepstakes is sponsored by The FreedSpeech, located at 3111 Hayden Rd. Columbus, OH (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period
The sweepstakes begins on Sept 24 at 9 a.m. and ends on Sept 30 at 11:59 am (“Entry Period”). All entries must be received during this window.

4. How to Enter
* Online: Eligible participants type the required phase in the designated post’s comment section.
* Limit: One (1) entry per person, per email address and/or screen name. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

5. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
* One (1) Grand Prize: A $30 t-shirt with U.S. shipping to a U.S. address included. Total ARV: $40 USD.
* Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent is allowed.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about Oct. 1from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via email within 5 days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, an alternate winner may be chosen.

7. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, or damages arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize
